2012 - Our Centenary Year

This year marks the 100th anniversary of the founding of the North Toronto Lawn Bowling Club; the croquet division was added about twenty years ago. Together, the clubs share the lawns of Lytton Park.

We're going to work hard to boost our combined memberships this year. Wednesday evening beginner sessions will continue starting in June. And our very successful club tournament and luncheons will become a monthly feature. Come join in the fun.

April 28 or May 5         Lawnbowling and Croquet General Membership meeting (and play, if possible). To deal with the city funding crisis.

June 30-July 1          CROCAN tournament - NTCC hosting. No club play on Saturday.

Saturday July 14           North Toronto's Hi-Lo tournament - barbecue luncheon, prizes for winning and runner-up teams

Saturday August 11        Club tournament - barbecue luncheon, prizes

August 21-23         Scottish Test Match - Canada's best croquet players are challenged by Scotland's finest - all at NTCC

Saturday Sep 22           Club tournament; pot luck luncheon, North Toronto trophies and prizes
